1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to individuals and entities who are legally eligible to participate under applicable laws. Participants must have a valid account with the Company to receive commissions.

2. Referral Process

Leads will be assigned via the Company’s CRM by the designated sales agent. Notifications regarding assigned leads will be sent via email and SMS. Lead allocation is based on the conversion rate of the Participant. Participants must maintain a minimum 20% conversion rate to continue receiving leads.

3. Commission Structure

Participants will earn a 10.00% to 70.00% commission, calculated on the net amount after deducting Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes. (Refer to BCP-r Plan.) Commissions will be credited to the Participant’s earned wallet within the Company’s system.

4. Commission Payment Terms

Commissions can be withdrawn only after:

• The referred applicant has signed the necessary agreements with the Company.
• The Company has received full payment from the referred applicant.

Commission payouts are processed daily, and the withdrawn amount will be credited to the Participant’s registered bank account within 24 hours of a withdrawal request, subject to verification and approval.

5. General Conditions

The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of referrals. The Company may withhold or cancel commissions in case of fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activities. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any disputes related to the Referral Program will be resolved at the Company’s sole discretion, and its decision shall be final.

6. Legal Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the Referral Program will result in immediate disqualification. By participating, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
